It is believed that the best reuse of this property is to develop a senior housing neighborhood with low maintenance single-level twin homes
Your input is needed to answer these critical questions:

Would they be for purchase or lease?
Who would build the units?
Will there be income restrictions?
What will they look like?
Is there a better use for the property?
